Specific conditions
- The hirer of the vehicle must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving licence.
- A security deposit of €2,080 will be requested by CREDIT CARD upon departure of the vehicle or in the automatic email sent in advance for all rentals. PLEASE CHECK the credit limit on your credit card for pre-authorisation. If this is not possible, the rental company reserves the right to cancel the rental in accordance with its cancellation policy. This deposit may be used in the event of damage to the truck upon return, if the truck is returned dirty and/or without a full tank of fuel, or for any other additional charges.
- An additional security deposit of €1,000 will be required by cheque upon departure of the vehicle for any driver who has held a licence for less than two years.
An administrative fee of €80 will be charged in addition to the cost of repairs if the lorry is returned damaged.

Conditions d'annulation modérées
A 95% refund will be permitted if the cancellation occurs 7 days before rental. A 50% refund will be permitted in case the cancellation happened between 48 hours to 7 days before rental. No refund will be possible under 48 hours before rental.
