Specific conditions
- The hirer of the vehicle must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving licence.
A security deposit of CHF 2,000 will be required: - via a BANK PRE-AUTHORISATION when the vehicle is collected, for all rentals. PLEASE ENSURE you check your credit card’s spending limit; if the pre-authorisation is declined, the rental company reserves the right to cancel the rental in accordance with its cancellation policy. The renter must provide their bank details and authorises the rental company to deduct from this security deposit any amount due in the event of damage to the vehicle, as well as any additional rental costs (including: late return, insufficient fuel, cleaning costs or fines).
- An administrative fee of 150CHF will be charged in addition to the cost of repairs in the event of damage to the vehicle.
- A day's hire is equivalent to 24 hours.
- You can adjust the mileage and options of your rental at the next booking stage for an accurate quote.
- Dealer subject to Swiss VAT. All prices include 8.1% VAT.
- PLEASE NOTE: for bookings on Saturdays and/or Sundays, it is essential to contact Mrs Rizzelli on 079 851 60 76 3 working days before the booking date in order to receive information on how to collect the keys. The garage is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
- A rental day is up to 24h.
- You can adjust the mileage and rental options on the next step of your booking.
Conditions d'annulation modérées
A 95% refund will be permitted if the cancellation occurs 7 days before rental. A 50% refund will be permitted in case the cancellation happened between 48 hours to 7 days before rental. No refund will be possible under 48 hours before rental.
